Further follow-up communication may be needed every other week. - Overseeing Customer Support: Assisting with customer inquiries and providing support as needed. - Travel Itinerary Building: Assist in creating online itineraries for clients using GDS (Amadeus) & Voyager CRM software. - Leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and outcomes. - Managing complaints and providing excellent customer service. - Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls while offering information and assistance about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as customer complaints and general inquiries. - Managing appointments and schedules and sending reminders - Update the insurance information in the patient's / client's portal and contact them in case of missing data. - Manage Dentist/Hygienist requests from Patients and Team to coordinate with the right department and to ensure effective completion. - Processing of B2C and B2B orders - Resolving escalation and process or addressing and mitigating an issue or dispute that has escalated to a higher level of urgency or severity. - Assisting in setting up new Patients/Customers/Clients in various systems. - Managing Medicare Advantage plans and other health care solutions. - OMNI Medicare is a Medicare Advantage plan offered by Centene Corporation in some states, such as Florida and Texas. It provides dental, vision, hearing, fitness, and prescription drug coverage benefits. - Assist team in making processes more efficient continuously improving customer experience and providing premium service. - Coordinating with the supplier to get order updates and price quotes. - Executing order inquiries, order entry processing, and control. - Handling Patient Profile and Assisting them to book an Appointment for their Operation - Helping Patients Book their Appointments with One of our Best Dentists and Hygienists in town. - Provide phone, email, and administrative support services while adhering to quality assurance standards and standard operating procedures. - Performing all other job-related duties as requested.
