Alfie started his BPO journey 8 years ago. From a regular agent, he managed his way on becoming a Manager 4 years after that is mainly focused on team and performance management, program & client deliverables, employee engagement and other operational & admin tasks. Most of his years were spent on SaaS sales particularly in US&C region.
