I am a licensed Junior High School Math Teacher with four years of experience teaching in a private school setting, in addition to four years as an online math tutor. From 2021 to 2023, I had the privilege of tutoring a home-schooled student enrolled in the Acellus program, and I also worked as an online math tutor at Mathnasium between February and June of 2022. My tutoring experience spans Grades 3 through 9, with students based in both the US and Canada. Currently, I am serving as a virtual math teacher for public schools in West Virginia, Chicago, and Georgia through Proximity Learning. In addition to my teaching background, I am a visual artist, a musician and music producer with a strong foundation in music theory, offering both one-on-one and group lessons. Moreover, I have professional experience working as an email Customer Service Representative (CSR) and as a Project Manager overseeing a team of virtual assistants based in the Philippines. In my role as an email CSR, I was responsible for addressing client inquiries and payment-related issues. I received thorough training in internal processes and email response protocols, ensuring that I met the goal of clearing the inbox and responding to all emails by the end of each shift. As a Project Manager, I led the team in tracking progress through Trello, ensuring that deadlines and milestones were consistently met. I also monitored team productivity, managed time-tracking systems, and communicated work data to the payroll team for accurate compensation processing.
