I've worked in the BPO industry for ten years. I worked as a CSR for a US account for 2 years, where we assisted customers with billing questions and payment processing. Also 8 years of TSR in an Australian account. I have managed both residential and business accounts, where we assisted clients with monitoring and modifying their business phone system and troubleshooting their internet connections. In my previous role I gained experience in configuring LAN and WAN networks, which helped me develop a strong understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting. Also, I have knowledge in setting up the modem, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimizing network performance of the client's internet.
