Hi My name is Frederick, most people call me Fred. I have worked as a technical support representative, IT support, Customer service and sales representative. I have been around different campaigns which brings me to my experience level. Aside from being technical on Windows operating systems, I can also manage users and services on Office 365 business via the admin center. In terms of customer service skills I have worked with Telstra billing and credit management to answers billing inquiries and do upselling as well. For my sales experience I have worked with Transparent BPO and providing options for Medicare and Medicaid insurance options.
