Where is talent sourced from?

We source most of our talent from the Philippines and South Africa, but we can source talent from just about any country. Tell us what you're looking for and we’ll help you figure out the best country to hire from.

Is there a long-term contract?

Nope. You can cancel anytime with just two weeks' notice. Also, if you're not happy with your talent, we can replace them at no additional cost.

Is there a minimum number of hours I have to hire talent for?

Yes—20 hours per week is our minimum engagement. This ensures commitment on both sides: talent stays motivated to do their best work, and clients invest enough time to make the relationship impactful and valuable for their business.

How does talent get paid?

We make billing and payments super easy. It’s all automated and handled by us, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
