A standout trait of mine is my strong grasp of time management—I habitually arrive 30 minutes before my shift begins. During this time, I meticulously organize and prepare a checklist of tasks for the day ahead. This disciplined approach ensures that I execute my responsibilities efficiently and never overlook any assigned tasks. My journey started in the BPO/ITO sector in 2010, handling technical support for Samsung appliances such as Blu-Rays, Home Theater Systems, Smart TVs, and Tablets. After a year, I transitioned from Alorica to Transcom in Ortigas, seeking a company that offered similar benefits but was closer to Cavite. Subsequently, I joined Stefanini Philippines in Makati as an IT Helpdesk professional for Ernst & Young, managing Account Directory accounts and credentials. My career then led me to ATOS, where I continued in IT Helpdesk roles, specializing in POS systems for McDonald's. At Teleperformance, I seized the opportunity to work remotely as an email technical support for Outlook for Mobile, and later as a quality analyst for Apple. Before the pandemic, I had already ventured into freelancing, serving as a virtual assistant for an Australian real estate company, providing technical support for Shopify, and delving into graphic design. Right now, I am into Tamiya mini4wd. During my free time, I spend time building and customizing my Tamiya cars that I race during big events. I also host a fun race or a small event here at my place where my closest fellow enthusiasts can join.
